Directly after the verification of your payment information you will receive a status notice whether your registration was successful. Additionally you will receive an email confirming your payment after receipt of money. Your data is added to the contestant list directly after registration. Receipt of money may take up to five days when using debit entries.

This is easily possible using the function multiple registrations which is integrated into the online registration process. After the first registration you can register further participants by choosing the appropriate button on the online form. This allows you to pay for all participants in one procedure and saves you processing fees.

If you haven’t received a confirming email within two hours of payment please contact bibchip-pay via email service@bibchip-pay.com or via the contact form on the homepage. Please include your email address, the correspondence number (if available), and the name of the event. Sometimes a glance into the spam filter of your email account may solve the problem too.

For changes please contact the event organizers given address. Changes can only be made by the event organizer.

If you have already paid the entry fee please contact the event organizer directly to cancel your registration.

Please contact us via service@bibchip-pay.com or use the contact form – we will change your registration. If you have registered for the wrong competition within an event please contact the appropriate event organizer.
